Counter Top Units

Specification

Counter top units are designed with flexibility and mobility in mind, available either hot or cold, the unit tops are manufactured from stainless steel grade 304. Hot counter top units are heated by means of ceran glass thermo panels, Bain Maries are built to accept 100mm deep gastronorm containers and heated by energy efficient heat blankets. Chilled counter top units are cooled by means of a prechilled eutectic plate, refrigerated units are chilled using a compressor and contact coil method within a sealed well. All units supplied complete with an overhead gantry, heated or illuminated as applicable complete with a sneeze screen.
