the Stainless Steel - type 304 top is complete with chopping board,
scrapping chute and scrapping drawer. Suspended over the top on
Stainless Steel uprights is a sloping rack to accommodate gastronorm
vessels. Located under the worktop is a bank of runners designed
to take gastronorm vessels. Entire trolley mounted on 4 No. 125mm
( castors, 2 No. swivel and 2 no. braked. Vessels not included.
