Interior Base, sides and rear manufactured from Stainless Steel interior, has a Stainless Steel removable cassette, which can accommodate either Gastronorm Vessels, Trays or Boxes.
Top The top of the unit is recessed 45mm and sealed to ensure maximum hygiene.
Handles 'D' Shaped bumper is formed for all round maximum protection
Castors Unit is mounted of 4 No. precision bearing castors, all swivel, with 2 No. braked.
